All One Resonance (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a brand operated by All One Resonance, a brand of Arrow Massage Therapy, based in California. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We only collect what we need to deliver our program and support you.

This program is intended for adults age 18 and over. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

These Terms govern your purchase and use of the Return to Resonance program and related offerings from All One Resonance, operated by All One Resonance, a brand of Arrow Massage Therapy (“we,” “us”). By creating an account or purchasing, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use the program.
Return to Resonance is a digital, self-guided wellness program delivered online through your account, including audio and written practices released on a paced schedule. Access is granted to you personally.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Please use the same email you purchased with so we can grant your access.
Prices are shown at checkout and processed by Square. Promotional pricing (such as limited-time or event offers) applies only as described at the time of purchase.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the program for your own individual use. You agree not to:
All content — the writing, audio, and design of the program — is owned by us or licensed to us, and is protected by intellectual-property law. We may suspend or revoke access if these Terms are violated, including account sharing.
All One Resonance uses artificial intelligence tools as part of its business and creative workflow, including assistance with editing, formatting, website development, and technical implementation. The concepts, program structure, practices, creative direction, and final content decisions for Return to Resonance were developed, directed, reviewed, and approved by All One Resonance.
The program is provided for general wellness and educational purposes. It is not medical, psychological, or professional health care, and results vary from person to person. Please read the Wellness & Health Disclaimer below, which is part of these Terms.
The program is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the program will not exceed the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
You may stop using the program at any time. We may suspend or end access if you violate these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California.

If something went wrong — a technical problem, a duplicate charge, or you were unable to access what you paid for — please reach out and we’ll make it right. We handle requests in good faith. To request a refund, email alloneresonance@gmail.com with your purchase email.
